Note:
- Granular credit data reporting (GCR) captures the following types of credit risk-related instruments: deposits, reverse repurchase agreements, trade receivables, revolving credit, overdrafts, credit card debt, credit lines other than revolving loans, finance leases, other loans, bonds including credit linked notes (CLNs), other securities, securitization tranches, forward deposit transactions, other commitments and financial guarantees excluding credit derivatives.
- Depending on the reporting requirements and the type of instrument, the GCR engagement is aggregated for the reporting agents (CRR credit institutions, CRR financial institutions) based on the outstanding nominal amount, the off-balance-sheet amount, the gross carrying amount before netting, and the nominal value.
- Data reported according to FinStab, i.e. the "delta report" vis-à-vis GCR data, are only available for CRR credit institutions as well as special purpose banks.
1
In accordance with Article 75 Federal Banking Act (BWG), granular credit data reporting (GCR) deals with the collection of credit and credit risk data and is based on the GKE-V.
2
Regulation on the collection of data on credit and country risks, residual maturity and foreign currency loans as well as of financial data on foreign banking subsidiaries – or FinStab for short, which is reported as a so-called "Delta-Report" to the GCR. On the debtor side, there is only a differentiation between legal entities and natural persons, so that a breakdown into ÖNACE 2008-sections is not possible for this database.
3
Definition pursuant to Article 1(5) of the AnaCredit Regulation.
