Terms and Conditions, Fees

 

These terms and conditions are governing GIRO, HOAM.AT, Euro Accounts, TARGET2-ECB, Nonresident Account Holders and Clearing Service International (CS.I) as well as the related fees.

These Terms and Conditions shall regulate all legal relations between account holders and the Oesterreichische Nationalbank.

The Terms and Conditions of HOAM.AT shall regulate the legal relations between the Oesterreichische Nationalbank and the participants of HOAM.AT, the Home Accounting Module Austria.

Transaction fees and service charges are charged to giro accounts on the first business day of the month following a transaction. Fees charged by third parties and fees for special services are charged to giro accounts immediately.

Both, TARGET2-Guideline and Terms and Conditions of TARGET2-ECB represent the legal basis for SSP participants. They are published on the >> ECB-Website.

These Terms and Conditions form the legal basis for the relations between the Oesterreichische Nationalbank and specific holders of Euro accounts held by nonresidents.

These Terms and Conditions govern all conditions related to participation in the Clearing Service International (CS.I) operated by the Oesterreichische Nationalbank.

The services fees are debited to direct participants’ giro accounts on the first business day of each month, based on the transaction volume of the previous calendar month.
